Where can I find my order history?
Click the account button in the top right-hand corner, then click Orders.
How do I track my order?
We will email you with tracking information once your package ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We don’t accept personal checks or money orders.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact us at email@example.com for cancelations. Please note that once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
Are your products tax exempt?
Online purchases now require tax collection. If you are tax exempt please send your valid state permit to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can notate your account.
How can I return an item?
Returns require previous authorization by The Yellow Mermaid, LLC. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned. If you want to return an item, email us at email@example.com.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
USPS Priority Mail offers "1-3 day shipping". Also, be advised that we require 1-2 business days for processing, ( 3-5 days for high volume seasons like Christmas).
Where can I ask questions about your products?
A description is offered on the site for all products but if you have any other questions contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to create an account to buy from your store?
You do not need to set up an account however, we strongly encourage you to register. It will make for a fast check out. You will also be able to view your own order history for easy re-orders.
Do you create custom gift baskets?
Give us a theme, preferred colors, and a dollar amount and we'll select and create a great gift for any occasion. Due to this being a custom item, a phone call at (678) 524-8002 or an email at email@example.com is required.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We generally ship all orders by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Other options are available upon request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
