SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:   USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail offer 1-3 day shipping.  Priority Mail Express offers 1-2 day expedited shipping.  Please keep in mind that sometimes there are circumstances that delay USPS along certain routes. Also, be advised that we require 1-2 business days for processing, ( 3-5 days for high volume seasons like Christmas), so after your package is picked up from our location, it should arrive in another 1-3 business days.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.    

 

MISSING PACKAGES: If there is a delay or USPS has lost your package, you will need to contact them.  We transfer responsibility to USPS once the package leaves our facility, and will only have access to the same tracking information you have been sent.

ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.

CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any

issues that may arise with your order. 

REFUND POLICY

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to how a scent or texture is regarded by you.  We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. 

 

PRODUCT RETURNS: We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to quality control reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.

SPECIAL HEAT NOTICE: The heat is not ideal for our products. We ask that you are able to bring your order in from the heat just as soon as it arrives. Allow your package to cool to a comfortable room temperature before opening.  Please take this into consideration as we will not  be able to replace or refund them.  If melting does happen, you can simply place the product into the fridge to solidify and you will still be able to use.
